Pradip Rajak
(Director of Frameboxx Kharadi Pune)
Mr. Pradip Rajak holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and have a vast experience of 15 year in Animation and VFX Industry .Worked with different Brands like MAAC, School of Animation and VFX, Reliance Education. Currently Director of Frameboxx Kharadi Pune and Manager of Lakme Academy Kharadi Pune. He has a Strong Belief in building responsible individuals and future ready global citizens.
He enigmatically bears the responsibility for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He also has successfully supervised many Promotional events ,Educational and Motivational Seminars. He very well understands the Global Competitive Environment and places equal emphasis on ‘Creativity and Out of the Box thinking that allows today’s youth to experiment as well as practice enhancing their skill sets. With strong Interpersonal and relationship building abilities, excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, he has mastered this field effortlessly. Being a self starter, he knows the significance of working hard with a smart attitude and imposes the same diligence to motivate the team in order to achieve the set goals

training, manufacturing, hotel industry and film industry. Along with Frameboxx Kharadi, she also Owns & manages Lakme Kharadi, Lakme Pimpri, Lakme
Dadar, Lakme Swargate and Sailiyan Productions. Her keen observant nature in human behavior has aided her significantly in her professional life. She along with being an international author, has credentials as a corporate trainer,
certified Past Life regression(QHHT)from USA as well as certified NLP trainer from US, Florida. In spite of being ambitious, her humbleness is what
makes her a great leader. Her basic philosophy for her work is , “ Enjoy what u do and success will follow
Niranjan Kumar (3D Generalist)
Niranjan Kumar With over 22 years of experience and a background in Electronic Engineering, he began his career as a Field Service Engineer before transitioning to the animation industry. He led the Modeling, Texturing, and Rigging departments at Pumpkin Studio, Delhi, and served as HO Faculty at Aptech Arena. He has worked as a Production Artist and trainer on Little Singham at Big Animation (I) Pvt. Ltd. He is a Modeling Artist at MPC Bangalore, and a 3D Generalist Mentor at Reliance education

With over 26 years of experience and a GD Art qualification, he co-founded Creative Brothers and worked as a 2D animator on Hanuman. He contributed to Little Krishna as a matte painter and served as a background artist and compositor for Krishna Aur Kans at Big Animation (I) Pvt. Ltd. Also at Reliance MediaWorks, he led the 2D Paint Department, worked on 3D conversions, and mentored aspiring animators.
His dedication to the animation industry has inspired many young artists, making him a mentor for future generations

With over 14 years of experience, he began his career in Chemical Engineering before transitioning to the VFX industry. He joined Kaizen VFX Studio LLP as a Roto Artist and then worked at Flying Tod as a Roto Compositor and FX Artist. Most recently, he contributed his skills as an FX Artist at MPC Bangalore.
As a VFX mentor, he is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists. His wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience empowers students to harness their creativity and excel in the dynamic world of visual effects.

She then advanced to a Graphic Designer role at Vision Sports, where she also managed social media. Most recently, she worked at Lesics Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a Graphic Designer, contributing to various design projects and dubbing work.
As a marketing executive, she brings creativity and passion to her work, inspiring her peers to push boundaries and explore innovative ideas in the dynamic world of design and media
