Mr. Pradip Rajak holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and brings over 15 years of experience in the Animation, VFX, and Creative Education industry. He has worked with reputed brands like MAAC, School of Animation and VFX, and Reliance Education. Currently, he leads Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects with a vision to develop skilled, creative, and industry-ready professionals. With a strong belief in creativity, innovation, and practical learning, he continuously motivates students to think beyond boundaries and enhance their skills through real-world exposure. His leadership, industry knowledge, and dedication towards quality education continue to inspire students and guide them toward successful careers in the media and entertainment industry.
Ms. Ashwini Gawade
Entrepreneur, international author, and creative education leader with 12+ years of experience.
Ashwini Gawade is an entrepreneur, international author, and creative education leader with over 12 years of professional experience across training, manufacturing, hospitality, and film industries. With valuable experience associated with MAAC, she currently leads Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects with a vision to inspire and empower creative talent. Along with successfully managing Frameboxx Kharadi, she also owns and manages Lakmé Academy centres at Kharadi, Pimpri, Dadar, and Swargate, along with Sailiyan Productions. Her deep understanding of human behaviour and strong leadership qualities have played a major role in her professional success. She is also a certified corporate trainer, certified NLP trainer from Florida, USA, and a certified Past Life Regression (QHHT) practitioner from the USA. Despite her ambitious journey, her humility and positive approach make her an inspiring leader. Her core philosophy is simple — “Enjoy what you do, and success will follow.”

With valuable experience associated with MAAC, he is currently mentoring students at Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects. Throughout his career, he has contributed to multiple areas including 2D animation, pre-production, paint department operations, 3D conversions, and artist mentoring. His dedication towards creative education and passion for nurturing young talent continue to inspire future generations of artists.
Mr. Niranjan Kumar
Electronic Engineer turned 3D Generalist with 20+ years of industry experience.
With more than 20 years of professional experience and a background in Electronic Engineering, Niranjan Kumar transitioned into the animation industry after starting his career as a Field Service Engineer. With industry experience associated with MAAC, he is currently associated with Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects as a mentor for 3D and animation training. Over the years, he has worked in areas such as Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, and Animation, along with mentoring aspiring artists. His versatile industry journey and commitment to teaching continue to motivate students to achieve their creative goals.
Mr. Santosh Todkar
Expert in compositing and visual effects with 12+ years of production experience.
With over 12 years of experience in the Visual Effects industry, he transitioned from a Chemical Engineering background into the world of VFX and built expertise in compositing and visual effects production. With valuable experience associated with MAAC, he is currently mentoring students at Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects. He has worked on multiple creative projects as a Roto Artist, Compositor, and FX Artist, helping students gain practical knowledge and industry-ready skills in VFX.

Ankur Nikam brings hands-on experience across the 3D production pipeline, with expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, and asset creation for animation and gaming projects. As a Junior 3D Mentor and Production Artist, he blends industry-driven knowledge with a passion for mentoring aspiring artists.
